The Better Fill Model:BF-L is a durable, trouble free fill valve that will will fit all conventional toilets from 8 1/4" to 12 3/4" tank height.The easy twist Lock adjustment makes it simple to install and adjust. Just twist to unlock, raise and twist back to lock. It's perfect for apartment complex maitanance because of it's fast installation and equally fast adjustments. The top of the valve is easily removable for cleaning and repair. This is not a throw away valve. Replacement seals are available from Being Water.The Bowl fill metering valve is conveniently located for ease of use. The In line filter will eliminate fill valve blockages due to rust and sand particles in the water. Now if the fill valve stops working you just clean the filter instead of throwing out the fill valve. If it won't shut off just remove the top and clean it on the inside. It complies with all US and international plumbing code requirements.
